1. Digital Nature of Services

KundliGPT provides instant, digital, AI-generated astrology services, which are non-returnable and non-reversible. Once a report or prediction is delivered, the service is considered consumed.

2. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

• Purchased kundli reports
• AI-based readings
• Subscription plans already used
• Wrong birth details entered by the user

Please double-check your input details before proceeding.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment detected
• Payment charged but service not delivered
• Accidental multiple transactions

For such cases, users must contact support within 3 days of the issue.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on the payment method and bank policies.
