1. Digital Delivery Only
KundliGPT provides digital astrology services. We do not ship any physical products.
2. Delivery Method
Your purchased services (reports, kundli charts, predictions) are delivered via:
- Website dashboard
- Instant download (if applicable)
3. Delivery Timeline
Digital reports are usually delivered:
- Immediately, or
- Within 0-30 minutes (depending on processing load)
If additional manual review is required, delivery may take up to 24 hours.
4. Non-Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your digital report:
- Check your spam folder
- Verify you entered the correct email
- Contact support within 48 hours
5. Incorrect Information
If wrong birth details are submitted, the user is responsible. We do not resend reports for free unless an internal technical error occurs.
